Why Coaching
One thing I know for sure: you can’t bypass healing—you have to go through it to truly transform.
This work goes beyond quitting alcohol, food, or chaos. It’s about getting underneath the perfectionism, people-pleasing, and self-sabotage that kept you in survival mode. Recovery may have started the process, but transformation is where the real freedom lives.
For me, that meant facing not just what I did to cope—but also the stories, trauma, and secrets I carried. Things I couldn’t say out loud. Parts of myself I hid to feel safe. I’ve learned that secrets breed shame—and shame keeps us stuck. When we finally name what’s been hidden, we take our power back.
I help women reconnect with who they truly are—beyond the roles, the pressure, and the pain. My coaching supports:
-
Breaking cycles
-
Parenting high-needs or neurodivergent kids
-
Releasing self-sabotage and rewriting limiting stories
-
Healing from substance use
-
Letting go of long-held secrets and reclaiming your voice
This is a space for truth, laughter, and the kind of growth that sticks. You already have the answers—I help you uncover them.
